About This Job

We are seeking a professional, reliable, cheerful, detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for callers and visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. This is a temp to hire, contract position. Professional appearance and excellent spoken and written grammar are required. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor and building services
Assist with scheduling, filing, marketing and document preparation
Support the staff with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor
Previous experience in an office environment preferred


Qualifications:

High school diploma and relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
