Job Description

We are a professional consulting firm specializing in dry utility design and contract coordination for industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects nationwide looking for a self-motivated individual to take on our full-time position of Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant at our office in Tempe, AZ. This role will wear many hats and assist both the administrative team and project management staff as needed.

2+ years’ experience is preferred. A background in the use of Office 365 and Adobe required and a good intuition for technology/ office equipment in an office setting a plus. Salary may be negotiable based on experience. Opportunities for professional growth and great benefits are offered!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Answer and route all incoming calls on various phone lines, electronic filing maintenance, setup of new project folders, processing project close-outs, general data entry/ typing, shipping, incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate ordering as-builts and will serve letters, assist with office supply/storage room and kitchen maintenance.

JOB DUTIES:

Answer, screen and route all incoming calls on a multi-line VoIP phone system
Assist Administrative staff with general organization and upkeep of office including kitchen maintenance and supply inventory tracking.
Organize/distribute mail and UPS shipments and coordinate delivery services.
General clerical duties such as typing, spreadsheets, electronic project file setup, organization of electronic file systems and other tasks.
Maintain and regularly update our client and utility contact directories.
Place service/technician calls for various office equipment maintenance.


REQUIREMENTS:

High School graduate/ GED required.
Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license.


APPEARANCE:


Business office attire.

Pay: $42,500.00 per year
