Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented entry level Project Management Consultant to support our construction teams in achieving project readiness for commercial energy center construction. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with permitting requirements, land control verification, and crossing easement agreements while maintaining the highest safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with development, legal, and construction teams to coordinate complex workflows and data management systems that are critical to project success.
Key Responsibilities
Support construction readiness by coordinating permit compliance tracking and land control auditing processes
Assist in managing permit workflows from initial assessment through construction completion
Coordinate crossing easement agreements and ensure proper documentation for construction access
Maintain and update project tracking systems
Conduct land auditing to verify agreement viability against proposed infrastructure
Support prioritization of outstanding land procurement needs based on project impact
Facilitate communication between development teams, legal, and construction stakeholders
Ensure proper handoff of critical information to construction teams
Maintain safety awareness protocols during field audits and site visits
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
Experience with project management software (P6, Unifier preferred)
GIS software familiarity for mapping and spatial analysis
Database management and willingness to learn new systems
Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms and databases
Process & Analytical Skills
Strong attention to detail for complex compliance tracking
Ability to identify gaps in permits, agreements, or documentation
Experience coordinating between multiple departments and stakeholders
Problem-solving skills for resolving data discrepancies and process issues
Systematic approach to workflow management and documentation
