Pay Range: $19.50 - $22.50 hourly DOE

Shift: DAY - 7:00am to 3:30pm Location: Vancouver, WA

Purpose of the Position:

Provide administrative support for warehouse operations and connected departments of Farwest Steel. Process data and provide all necessary information and documentation to ensure on time delivery.

Major Duties:

- Batch packaging with attention to detail

- Main point of contact for stock adjustments and batch requests

- Data entry of machine performance

- Enter and track scrap orders in Oracle

- Research and problem for Operations, Sales, and Planning departments.

- Process customer returns in Oracle

- Work closely with Shipping for updates on returns requiring pick-up

- Use time management concepts to maximize resources.

- Batch unpackaging in preparation for audits.

- Assists in scanning, filing, auditing, data entry, and department projects.

- Communicate professionally with the Operations, Shipping and Sales departments to provide the best service to our customers and Farwest team

- General office duties such as stocking office supplies; maintaining paper, toner, and ink in the admin and shared photocopiers; and keeping the supply room clean.

- Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Perform good judgment skills and full circle critical thinking.

- Customer service and results driven.

- Accurate data entry is required, speed preferred.

- Oracle experience is preferred.

- Microsoft Office and experience with other software applications preferred.

- Great attitude; ability to work well with others and to follow instructions.

- Communicate and write effectively

- Follow work rules not limited to: time clock integrity, accountability, attendance, respect, and following processes as set by Farwest Steel required.
