We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in the solar streetlight industry. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring all solar lighting materials, components, and hardware are properly received, stored, and shipped.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports field installation teams and national logistics operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of solar poles, fixtures, batteries, and related components.
- Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for outbound shipments to project sites and customers.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management tools (e.g., Airtable, Excel).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage to solar panels, poles, and lighting equipment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly inventory audits.
- Label and palletize shipments according to company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely (certification preferred or provided).
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to support installation schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods promptly to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- OSHA 10
- 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred, experience in the solar, electrical, or construction materials industry a plus.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Airtable, or WMS).
- Forklift experience/certification preferred (training available).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
