We're looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee the daily warehouse operations at our San Marcos Campus.

- Have a track record of ensuring accurate inventory management, safe materials handling, efficient workflows to support production and shipping activities.
- Have strong experience in driving continuous improvement and compliance with company policies and promoting safety standards.
- Supervise daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities between multiple building on the plant campus.
- Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production departments to meet manufacturing schedules. This includes ensuring accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods according to space optimization and safety guidelines.
- Monitor use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) to ensure performance and readiness.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members.
- Assign work tasks, manage workloads, and ensure productivity standards are met.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Enforce all OSHA and company safety policies, including PPE use and safe material-handling practices.
- Conduct safety inspections, incident reporting, and corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Participate in Lean/5S initiatives and warehouse layout optimization.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality teams to support operational improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience (manufacturing environment preferred). - 3+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Ability to climb ladders, operate material-handling equipment, and work at varying heights.
- Capacity to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures (e.g., warehouse without climate control).
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts, tools, and scanning devices.
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods (8-12-hour shifts, depending on schedule).
- Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and safely operate equipment.
- Fast-paced manufacturing warehouses in multiple building on campus with moving machinery.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials.
- Occasionally overtime, weekend, or shift work based on production needs.
