Warehouse Worker I

Knowledge and Experience

- - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- At least 2 years working experience in warehouse manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Ability to read, speak, write in English language is required.

- Working knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing process is a plus.

- Working experience with Inventory systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday.

- Ability to climb ladders, operate material-handling equipment, and work at varying heights.

- Capacity to work in environments with fluctuating temperatures (e.g., warehouse without climate control).

- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

- Manual dexterity to handle small parts, tools, and scanning devices.

- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods (8–12-hour shifts, depending on schedule).

- Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and safely operate equipment.

Work Environment

- Fast-paced manufacturing warehouse with moving machinery.

- Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials.

- Occasionally overtime, weekend, or shift work based on production needs.
