Role Definition

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead a team overseeing the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for Investment Castings—Blades, Vanes, and Nozzles to ensure availability of necessary commodities to support manufacturing or distribution. Develops, implements, and manages supply chain strategies and solutions.

This role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that ensure material availability, drive supplier performance, and support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.

This position also plays a key role in mentoring talent and aligning supply chain capabilities with business growth objectives.

This position is on-site five days a week

Contingency and Disaster Recovery Management: Knowledge of manufacturing contingency and disaster recovery approaches, practices, tools and techniques; ability to develop and administrate contingency and disaster recovery plans. Level: Extensive Experience

Contracts Management and Administration: Knowledge of policies, standards and processes of how to manage and administer contracts; ability to use proper processes and practices for managing and administering a variety of contractual agreements. Level: Extensive Experience

Strategic Sourcing: Knowledge of strategic sourcing methods, technologies and processes; ability to analyze, improve and re-evaluate organizational procurement process continuously. Level: Extensive Experience

Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and implement strategies, practices and tools for controlling the whole processes. Level: Extensive Experience

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required, Masters preferred, Supply Chain Management / Procurement focus and additional certifications a plus.

Strong decision-making, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace industry experience

Experience in Investment Casting

Summary Pay Range:

$155,986.00 - $233,980.00
