The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity. This role involves procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, supplier relationship management, and continuous process improvement. The Supply Chain Manager ensures cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree considered an asset).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.- Proven experience leading supply chain teams.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and ERP systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively.
