Your Impact

As a Specialist, Business Support, you will help improve Newmont’s enterprise processes by analyzing workflows, coordinating technology solutions, and enabling the successful adoption of business tools across teams. Your work will contribute to efficiency, better decision-making, and alignment with business goals.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

- Review and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Support the design and implementation of solutions within enterprise applications.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear system or process needs.

- Monitor implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure systems and workflows are aligned.

- Deliver documentation, reports, and training materials for users.

- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure projects deliver value.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in business process support, analysis, or enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

- Experience working with enterprise platforms (ERP, workflow tools, or business applications).

- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Comfort providing feedback, asking clarifying questions, and contributing ideas for improvement.

Your Work Environment

- The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.

- Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.

- The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $106,200- 141,600. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
