This is a West Allis, WI onsite job based opportunity. Hybrid schedule available after being fully trained
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sales Support Specialist will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team by ensuring accurate handoff of new orders, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting customer setup and documentation, and keeping sales processes organized and moving efficiently.
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Manage new order handoffs from the Sales team, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and properly submitted, and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth transitions from sales to execution
- Set up new customers in internal systems and the CRM, and support customer documentation requests including credit applications, vendor forms, compliance paperwork, customer-specific templates, and customer portal requirements
- Assist Sales Representatives with managing customer-specific portals, including account setup, document uploads, updates, and basic maintenance as required by customer processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by monitoring usage, following up with Sales Representatives on required updates, and supporting basic cleanup, organization, and reporting
- Serve as a central point of contact for Sales Representatives for day-to-day administrative support, helping organize, track, and manage sales-related paperwork and internal requests
- Manage and moderate the Sales Microsoft Teams channel by posting updates, organizing files and resources, and helping keep internal communication clear and structured
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including assistance with social media posting, trade show preparation, organization of marketing assets and images, and other execution-focused marketing tasks
- Follow established sales and marketing processes and tools, identify recurring issues or process gaps, and assist with documenting procedures and best practices

- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), including maintaining data standards and supporting basic reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to support execution-focused marketing activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
- Customer-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to occasionally travel nationally (up to 5%)
- Ability to work locally in Milwaukee area
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one, small and large group situations to other employees of all levels in the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
