The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing ASTERRA’s product marketing strategy from concept through market success. This role oversees product positioning, productization, go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management to ensure strong product adoption, clarity, and market impact.
You will architect ASTERRA’s Product Launch Program, translate technical innovation into commercially viable offerings, and equip global Sales and Partner teams with the stories, tools, and frameworks needed to drive measurable growth. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, balancing analytical rigor with strategic creativity.
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for all products and feature releases.
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to define target segments, use cases, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to plan campaigns and field programs that accelerate adoption.
- Develop clear, differentiated value propositions and product messaging for ASTERRA’s core & emerging solutions.
- Build narratives that connect ASTERRA’s technical innovations to customer needs and industry outcomes.
- Ensure consistent messaging across web, sales, partner, and field communications.
- Review and analyze market research and industry trends for strategic planning.
- Lead market, competitive, and product performance analyses to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Product and Finance teams to assess ROI and market performance.
- Lead productization initiatives to translate technical capabilities into commercially viable offerings.
- Define market-ready packages, tiers, and bundles aligned with customer and industry needs.
- Work with Product Management to ensure clear definitions of features, value, and use cases.
- Build and manage pricing and packaging frameworks that balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer value.
- Conduct market benchmarking and price elasticity analyses.
- Work with Finance and Sales to refine and operationalize pricing strategies.
- Provide Sales with value-based pricing tools and narratives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
- Develop and execute lifecycle-tailored marketing plans to optimize product performance and retention.
- Manage Alpha and Beta testing environments to validate product readiness and gather VOC.
- Monitor market needs to identify new product opportunities or segment expansions.
- Design and lead ASTERRA’s global product launch program.
- Create standardized launch playbooks with defined phases and success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional launch teams across Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Develop launch assets, including messaging frameworks, presentations, competitive briefs, and media kits.
- Measure launch success, adoption, and ROI.
- Develop enablement materials, including product playbooks, ROI calculators, objection-handling guides, and case studies.
- Train Sales and Partners to communicate product value confidently.
- Collaborate with international resellers to create localized messaging and co-marketing assets.
- 7-10 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, geospatial, or infrastructure technology.
- Proven success in GTM strategy, product launches, productization, and pricing.
- Strong analytical skills in market research, segmentation, and value-based pricing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
