THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to own our performance marketing engine and serve as our Marketing Director's right hand. Right now, we're leaning heavily on paid media to hit aggressive lead generation goals—your job is to make that spend work hard while we build brand awareness that will drive more organic leads over time. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director on strategy and collaborate with a solid team: a Content & Web Specialist who knows our customers inside and out, and a Creative & Communications Coordinator who handles design and campaign execution. You'll also collaborate with our Engagement Team who handles lead response and qualification. We meet weekly as a team to align priorities, troubleshoot, and keep campaigns moving. You'll be a core voice in those conversations.

This is a strategic leadership role with real autonomy. We trust you to make decisions, run experiments, and bring new ideas without getting stuck in approval cycles.
