Regional Manager

RJ Mann & Associates is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations across Colorado and Wyoming. This leadership role is critical in driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams across multiple branches

- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business throughout CO & WY

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service excellence

- Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and operational goals

- Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to staff at all levels

- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company objectives

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven oil & gas industry experience

- Strong background in sales management with a track record of success

- Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing teams and operations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

- Ability to travel overnight as needed to support regional operations

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
