Role Description

The Northern Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Grande Praire, AB. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and coordinating project execution, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include leading regional teams, maintaining strong client relationships, managing budgets, and interfacing across departments to ensure efficient delivery of projects. The Northern Regional Manager will also focus on ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and performance are upheld.

Qualifications

- Leadership and management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities

- Project management experience, with knowledge of planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Strong understanding of the oil and gas energy processing sector, particularly in engineering and modular fabrication

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams

- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving operational efficiency

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety protocols in industrial operations

- Relevant post-secondary education in engineering, business administration, or a related field

- Previous experience in a regional management or leadership role is an asset
