The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in one of our remote locations (Pittsburgh or Denver). The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves meeting sales targets, delivering presentations, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The Regional Sales Manager will also participate in industry events and represent Patina Energy in professional settings.
- Proven success in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and close new opportunities
- Client Relationship Management skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Familiarity with the energy industry, reservoir development, and/or completion diagnostics is highly preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
