HOA is launching and growing its Colorado territory, and we’re looking for a Regional Business Manager to lead that effort from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with strong technical credibility in control systems and water/wastewater applications to build a market, establish a local presence, and scale a high-performing regional team. You’ll be responsible for business development, customer and partner relationships, technical leadership, and operational execution—acting as the face of HOA in Colorado.

- Launch and grow HOA’s Colorado territory, establishing brand presence and market credibility.
- Build strong relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Lead sales conversations, develop referral pathways, and convert opportunities into long-term customers.
- Clearly articulate HOA’s technical value and differentiation in a competitive market.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource in control systems, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Lead or support project execution, field activities, startups, and cutovers as needed.
- Maintain visibility into all regional projects, schedules, and resource needs.
- Translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
- Hire, onboard, and develop regional team members as the territory scales.
- Build internal alignment and strong working relationships across the organization.
- Recommend resourcing, organizational structure, and office location based on market demand.
- Help design and deploy regional marketing materials and outreach strategies.
Strong understanding of control systems and the water/wastewater industry.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and build trust with customers and teams.
Comfortable representing and building a brand in a new market.
Existing relationships with Colorado engineering firms, municipalities, or contractors. (preferred)
Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Modicon, Allen-Bradley, Motorola, Eaton VFDs, or similar. (preferred)
Ability to sit for prolonged period of times, with small amounts of bending, stretching, and lifting
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
We are seeking an individual who would reside in the Denver area. Training occurs in Lincoln NE and monthly visits to the home office in Lincoln NE are required (company paid)
