This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities also include developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company sales goals. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Fastener and/or Gasket experience is preferred
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Manufacturing, Industrial Products, and Supply Chain dynamics is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team
- Proficiency in CRM reporting
