In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top candidates for a variety of positions across multiple entities, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive our recruitment strategy.
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various roles within the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and industry networks.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on required qualifications and experience.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, and industry organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for industrial or manufacturing environments, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- 1-5 years' experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Ability to handle multiple openings across several companies
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, communicate frequently fill positions in a timely manner with little direction or reminders
- Ability to work onsite at the office 8a-5p Monday-Friday
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
