Global Crypto Energy is hiring motivated Field Recruiters who will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for the role of Sales Representatives. These sales roles involve door-to-door and outside sales activities. This is a performance-based opportunity where earnings depend entirely on successful recruitment.
- Identify potential candidates through field visits, referrals, and personal networks.
- Approach and communicate with candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain the Sales Representative job role, responsibilities, and earning potential.
- Collect and submit candidate details accurately to the hiring team.
- Coordinate with candidates during interview and onboarding stages.
- Ensure candidates join the company and remain active for at least one month.

This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no fixed salary.
- $25 will be paid after the candidate successfully joins the company.
- $75 will be paid after the candidate completes one full month with the company.
There is no limit to the number of candidates you can recruit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and understand English clearly.
- Confidence to approach and talk to new people.
- Basic understanding of sales or recruitment is helpful but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- No educational qualification required.
