Senior Recruiter

Diligence Search Advisors (DSA) is actively seeking Senior Recruiters to join our expanding national recruiting team. We are looking for experienced recruiters who desire the earning potential of managing their own desk while benefiting from the stability, structure, and resources of a leading search firm.

This is a fully remote role with high autonomy, designed for senior-level producers who adhere to high standards and seek an optimal environment for their production.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
