We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for project execution, ensuring seamless communication, precise scheduling, and efficient coordination across all phases of construction projects. Your proactive approach will drive project success by managing schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration among diverse teams. Duties

- Coordinate project activities by developing and maintaining detailed schedules for the service professional.

- Collaborate with service professionals, clients and management to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.

- Be the main point of contact between customers and service professionals.

- Track project progress and customer satisfaction through detailed oversight of each project.

- Manage project invoicing, including change orders, material purchases and service professionals labor hours.

- Facilitate communication across teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on schedule.

- Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring adherence to construction site regulations and best practices.

Skills

- Understanding of home repair and home construction projects.

- Experience with project scheduling techniques and construction management methodologies.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams including service professionals, contractors, clients, and suppliers.

- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,220.76 - $52,480.92 per year
