Unit Electric is a busy manufacturing facility located in Okanagan Falls, BC. We design and manufacture standard and custom electrical power, distribution and control equipment for mining, renewable energy, oil & gas, commercial, industrial and transportation.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative processes of the Projects Department and providing essential support to project teams. This role ensures project information is accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and well‑organized individual who thrives in a busy manufacturing environment and understands the importance of accurate data and documentation.
You are reliable, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy, document control, and clear communication across departments. Experience in manufacturing, project administration, or materials coordination is a strong asset.

- Manage customer quotations & purchase orders
- Assist the production workers with documentation
- Update project deliverables as required, including Change orders, shipping changes, costs
- Maintain methods for our standard products
- Generate WIP, stock status and time phase reports
- Create and open projects, quotes, sales orders and jobs in the ERP system.
- Resolve any issues related to the opening of the jobs
- Update project deliverables as required
- Enter data into jobs in the ERP system
- Assist the Project Managers in coordinating, planning, communications and executing the delivery of core project components
- Manage document control and update databases
- Handle customer enquiries by phone or email
- Other various tasks as required
- Administrative diploma/degree or equivalent experience considered an asset
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor, is an asset
- Strong knowledge of office procedures, database management, and reporting
- Proficient with productivity tools (Word, Excel, email, and presentation software)
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple departments
