Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- Occasional Saturday overtime as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with the planning, production, and creation of medallions and awards

- Support powder coating operations, including preparation, coating, and curing processes

- Prepare materials by cleaning, masking, and unmasking products prior to coating

- Help operate and maintain powder coating tools, machinery, and related systems

- Clean equipment using proper chemicals and assist with troubleshooting basic issues

- Inspect pre-production and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Support assembly and packaging processes before and after coating

- Track production information, including quantities produced, materials used, and issues

- Communicate material or supply needs to the production manager

- Collaborate with team members and follow all safety and company procedures

- Safely lift and move materials up to 65 lbs

You’ll work closely with experienced team members and gain exposure to processes that support long-term growth in manufacturing and finishing roles.

Skills You’ll Build

What We’re Looking For

- Interest in hands-on manufacturing or production work

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality results

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

- Basic math skills and comfort tracking quantities and materials

- Reliability and ability to meet production goals

Nice to Have (Not Required):

- Experience in production or powder coating

- Comfort using computers (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator)

- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
