Lead Powder Coater

MBC Fabrications is looking for an experienced Lead Powder Coater to handle powder coating for our in-house products. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who likes taking ownership of their work and producing consistent, high-quality finishes.

What You’ll Do

- Run day-to-day powder coating operations

- Prep parts (cleaning, masking, hanging)

- Apply powder and manage curing ovens

- Inspect finished parts and touch up as needed

- Maintain coating equipment and keep the area clean

- Track powders and supplies

- Work closely with the production team

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of powder coating experience

- Comfortable working independently in a small shop

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality

- Reliable and team-oriented

- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs]

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Lead or supervisory experience

- Sandblasting or metal finishing experience
