Operations Manager

As part of our continued growth, We are seeking a results-driven, strategic, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and support continued business growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, HR, and customer service functions

- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and customer service team members to achieve performance goals

- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness

- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and service levels

- Aid in Developing, implementing and the review operational policies and procedures.

- Identify and resolve operational challenges, proactively mitigating risks and improving workflows

- Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management initiatives

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and process optimization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred

- 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service management, preferably in a distribution or industrial environment

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

- Excellent organizational and project management abilities

- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing operational processes and data

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is highly preferred

- Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
