Job Description

The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting our growth as we scale in 2025 and beyond. This individual will ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to their profession. The ideal candidate is a positive, energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys juggling multiple workstreams, and excels at managing competing priorities with ease.


Essential Job Functions

Serves as a resource to all employees for “traffic flow” questions, acting as the point of contact for all office and administrative needs
Greets clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and work directly with senior management to design and implement new systems for operational efficiency
Monitor and manage daily office operations, including, but not limited to, coordination of deliveries, and management of vendor and building interactions
Serve as liaison between IT and employees, supporting the IT team with hardware and software provisioning for employees
Manage office security system by arranging maintenance or required upgrades, in addition to coordinating credentials for new and existing employees
Take on functional special projects - including, but not limited to, process improvements, and high priority project support
Independently identify and problem-solve administrative and facility issues as they arise
Arrange and plan business meetings, conference calls, and other events as needed
Manage office supplies inventory and maintain a well-stocked kitchen and pantry


Experience And Required Qualifications

3+ years office management experience
Extremely organized with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently & with a team
Strong sense of urgency and ability to take initiative
Resourceful, approachable, and dependable
Exhibit a strong sense of professional and personal integrity
Strong technical skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Future planner and problem solver, constantly looking ahead to identify and navigate possible roadblocks


Physical Demands

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small to medium parcels, packages, and other items, to walk short distances, and drive on occasions to pick up materials/items. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
