Responsibilities
•
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
•
Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
•
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
•
Provide administrative support including typing documents, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
•
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
•
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Skills .
•
Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with QuickBooks software.
•
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Excellent customer support skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
•
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
•
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
