Gutter Solutions Tri-State is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, energetic Office Manager to join our team! If you're someone who enjoys managing daily operations, talking to people, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
•Set appointments for sales representatives and service teams
•Assist with marketing efforts including social media and email outreach
•Research and help coordinate local events and trade shows for company participation
•Maintain customer records and provide excellent follow-up communication
•Support day-to-day office operations and scheduling
Qualifications:
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
•Friendly, customer-first attitude
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Experience in marketing or event coordination is a plus, but not required
