Office Manager

Wood Rd Construction is a high end kitchen and bathroom remodel company. In 2 years we have doubled our sales income. Wood Rd Construction has two owners who are looking for an office manager who will help us with daily tasks. Organization and communication are of high importance with this position. Wood Rd Construction has an office, but will also accomodate remote work. Wood Rd Construction is looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and does not need continous instruction.

Responsibilites:

1. Answering phone calls. Gathering information from homeowner to schedule appointments.

2. Setting the owner's schedules and appointments.

3. Filing.

4. Light payroll. Work with our established accounting firm to provide hours.

5. Job analysis. Determining job profitability and materials.

6. Typing proposals.

7. Send and reply to emails.

Responsibilities may vary or expand during employment term based on thoroughness and wage increase.

Qualifications:

1. Strong ability to multi-task.

2. Efficient in organization and attention to detail.

3. High communication skills.

4. Must be able to work independently and self motivated.

5. Exceptional computer knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

6. Some construction knowledge is beneficial (not required).

Requirements:

1. Dependable and reliable transportation for all weather types.

2. Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

3. Work Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. 1 hour lunch period.

4. Off weekends and holidays. No night or on-call.

5. Laptop and cell phone provided. Not for personal use.

6. Paid time off and sick leave.

8. Yearly reviews with possible raises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
