We're Hiring: Office Manager
Are you an organized, reliable, and people-oriented professional looking to grow with a fast-paced team? Palmer Construction is seeking a full-time Office Manager to keep our office operations running smoothly and support our production, sales, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and customers professionally.
•Manage mail, deliveries, and front office cleanliness.
•Handle customer payments (in-person, mail, and over the phone).
•Provide customer service and assist with financing and insurance inquiries.
•Support sales and production with scheduling, calls, and follow-ups.
•Assist the General Manager with internal communication and admin tasks.
•Onboard new hires and lead internal culture-building efforts.
•Help organize events, celebrations, and company morale boosters.
What We’re Looking For:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Professional communication, both written and verbal.
•Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.
•Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in the roofing industry is a plus.*
