Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, both physical and digital
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical office
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained by all staff members
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Lead and supervise a team of office personnel
- Maintain and troubleshoot office phone systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
