Penncat Corporation is a goal-oriented Power System Solutions company specializing in Engineered Solutions for emergency generators, power quality, and prime power applications. We are seeking an experienced full-time accounting assistant/office staff person to support corporate operations as well as our Engineering and Services Divisions.
Penncat uses a team approach to achieve professional, divisional, and personal goals. This position will be a collaborative effort between the Operations Manager, Sales Department, and Technical Services. The position will assist with AP and AR for the company. The candidate must have good verbal and written skills to interact with customers, vendors, and management in a professional manner. There is room for professional growth for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Quickbooks v.24.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to support company management in a multi-divisional environment.
- Professional and interpersonal discretion.
- Reliable, prompt, and a pleasant disposition.
- Solid experience with accounts payable, receivables, and check processing proficiency.
- Maintain both digital and paper copy filing system.
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, and copying.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls.
