We are a small, conservatively-minded business with a family-like atmosphere seeking guidance from a proven administrator to help organize our accounts receivable and payable systems, as well as the organization at large. We are looking for someone who is excessively responsible, self-motivated, a critical thinker, a multi-tasker, and isn’t afraid to voice their opinion to help us improve.

OVERVIEW
The office manager will work daily with the owner and perform the following tasks:
- Run errands
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Data entry
- Filing
- Payroll
- Ensure shop personnel have the proper scheduling for projects through work orders and follow-up
- CAD designs
- 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- IMPORTANT: 10+ years of proficient experience with QuickBooks Pro - 10+ years of proficient experience with bank reconciliation - 10+ years of proficient experience with Microsoft products/Microsoft 365- CAD experience is a plus
- Must have good credit
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
