'Office Manager' position based in Canada offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions within a dynamic high voltage services company. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring smooth office operations and fostering a productive work environment.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage administration and team activities.
- Report to and support the President through various functions
- Support management in strategic planning and project coordination
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Run weekly team meetings.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and assisting with employee relations.
- Support accountant and bookkeeper to organize financial records.
- Working with estimator and sales team to organize client pre-qualifications and quotations.
- Utilize, keep up to date, the company CRM and produce ongoing reports to Management.
- Awareness of employee responsibilities company wide, to effectively manage employees and occasionally fill in for team members during vacation.
- Excellent communications skills while working on laptop with MS Office Suite and iPhone (company provided).
- Learning about the energy and high voltage industry on an on-going basis.
- Proven supervising experience in an office environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to handle bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks.
