Office Manager -Alcan Products (Sheet Metal Business)
Alcan Products, a busy and established sheet metal fabrication company, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our growing business. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing office systems, staff coordination, and administrative tasks in a trades or manufacturing environment.
- Supervise and coordinate daily office operations and administrative staff.
- Manage scheduling, invoicing, purchase orders, and job files.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, quotes, and project updates.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee payroll submissions, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and filing structures.
- Support management with reporting, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, safe, and professional.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administration (preferably in trades, construction, or manufacturing).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks experience is an asset.
- Must be fluent in both Punjabi and English.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field preferred.
