Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager assistant to join our team at Southern Fire Sprinkler Inc. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure efficient office management practices that support our mission of customer service, integrity, and safety.
Responsibilities
•Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
•Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
•Assist with human resources functions including employee onboarding.
•Enter invoices into QuickBooks as needed.
•Handle walk in customers including creating invoices and taking payments.
•Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
•Coordinate communication between departments to foster teamwork.
•Assist the Office Manager with daily task that they assign to you.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Office Manager assistant or similar role in an administrative capacity.
•Strong knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
•Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
•QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required.
