Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
•Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
•Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
•Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
•Manage and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence.
•Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
•Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
•Perform other duties as assigned to support the SYSolar team.
Qualifications:
•Age Requirement: 19-30 years old.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
•Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
•Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
