Job Opportunity: Office Assistant at SYSolar
Location: Downtown Orlando, FL
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
SYSolar, a fast-growing solar sales organization, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. If you’re passionate about supporting a thriving business in an exciting industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
•
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
•
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
•
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
•
Manage and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence.
•
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
•
Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
•
Perform other duties as assigned to support the SYSolar team.
Qualifications:
•
Age Requirement: 19-30 years old.
•
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•
Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
•
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
•
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
