We are a small family owned & operated plumbing company. We offer a laid-back, flexible and fun environment yet we provide a professional service with a goal to maintain 100% customer satisfaction ratings. We want to keep the "small" size atmosphere but need additional help in the office to assist us with the day-to-day operations. At this time, we are looking to find a few dependable team players, with office experience, who would like to join our growing company. An ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have exceptional organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and willingness to learn new processes.
Work environment:

•flexible part-time hours or full-time position available
•possible/occasional flex work-from-home days (after 1 year of employment and successful completion of training)
Job Duties:
•answer phones, data entry, filing, record-keeping, book-keeping
•provide customer support to handle inquiries & complaints
•scheduling appointments & managing calendars
•create/organize documents & spreadsheets
•write/send estimates & invoices
•maintain company inventory lists
•assist with plumbing supply & fixture orders
Qualification Requirements:
•previous office experience is required
•strong organizational skills & attention to detail required
•ability to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively required
•knowledge with computers & software applications required
•proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
•excellent communication & customer service skills required
•some plumbing knowledge is a preferred
