We are seeking a bilingual English and Spanish Office Assistant who is organized and detail-oriented. You will provide administrative support to our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. We will train you according to the company's needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the office environment, including maintaining organized files and records, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
