Position Summary:
The primary function of the office assistant is to assist with administrative and clerical tasks. This position will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:•Perform all tasks with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
•Order all offices supplies, drinks and snacks
•Receive all deliveries and direct to the proper place.
•Assist with ordering lunches for meetings
•Type memos and basic computer work.
•Answer, screen, and direct phone calls accordingly.
•Take full and complete messages and deliver to appropriate personnel.
•Copy and file documents as requested.
•Assist in maintaining current files.
•Distribute and deliver mail or documentation.
•Assist with special projects.
•Greet visitors and assist as needed.
•Work to complete projects as requested and in a timely manner.
•Perform other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Knowledge and use of general office administration/management practices and equipment.
•Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to proactively problem-solve, make decisions, anticipate next steps, implement solutions and monitor progress for multiple projects.
•Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization, time management and calendar management skills
