Summary

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team at Pross Construction Company, Inc. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support that contributes to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and ready to assist in various office tasks.

Responsibilities

•

Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.

•

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

•

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

•

Handle phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.

•

Provide administrative support including filing, document preparation, and proofreading.

•

Coordinate front desk activities and maintain office supplies inventory.

•

Support team members with personal assistant tasks as required.

•

Position is remote, but there will be local errands involved.

Requirements

•

MUST be very detailed orientated and very well organized!!

•

Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

•

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Experience in data entry and administrative roles is preferred.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
