We are currently looking for a

Manager, WAM Product & Continuous Improvement

to join our Work and Asset Management Innovation team in a permanent position.

Reporting to the Director, Customer & Grid Intelligence, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive product innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement, implement impactful changes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Elements Of This Role Include As a Manager, WAM Product & Continuous Improvement, you will:

- Collaborate with stakeholder leadership groups, including the Management Operating System (MOS) committee, and incorporate team and user feedback to identify, prioritize, and shape process improvements that enhance operational performance—ensuring solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with long-term goals.

- Foster a data-driven environment where insights from operational data inform decisions, shape recommendations, and guide continuous improvement efforts across teams.

- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborate with product teams to enhance product features, usability, and performance.

- Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation through development to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Conduct market and user research to inform product strategy and innovation — gathering insights from industry trends, competitors, and user feedback to guide product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.

- Lead alignment across business stakeholders, the data team, product team, IT, and the continuous improvement team—ensuring collaboration and shared vision to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that create real value for employees and customers.

- Work within an agile environment, balancing competing priorities and incoming requests with clarity and focus—ensuring that the most impactful work is prioritized and delivered to create meaningful value for employees and customers.

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing improvement and product initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates.

- Mentor and develop team members in continuous improvement and product thinking.

These Skills Will Make You Successful

You recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in continuous improvement, product management, or operations.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is considered an asset.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
