This position can be located in Butler, Sinking, Spring, Mechanicsburg, Norristown or McMurray.

The Manager Engineering is responsible for supervising a functional Engineering staff and providing strategic long-term water and wastewater system planning through the organization, coordination, procedures and governance for capital planning and capital asset management programs.
