This is an opportunity to step into a trusted project leadership role within a nationally respected water and wastewater consultancy delivering some of the most visible and impactful infrastructure projects across Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
- Lead multimillion-dollar municipal and utility water/wastewater projects from planning through construction
- Operate with true ownership of scope, schedule, budget, team, and client relationships
- Partner directly with municipalities, water authorities, and utility clients across the Philadelphia region
- Work in a flexible hybrid environment that respects senior-level autonomy and work–life balance
- Mentor and develop engineers while shaping technical and delivery standards
- Advance toward Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or regional leadership roles
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, conveyance systems, and regulatory upgrades
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, and construction support
- Overseeing project financials, schedules, risk management, and quality control
- Developing scopes of work, proposals, and client deliverables for public-sector clients
- Serving as the primary client interface and trusted advisor for municipal stakeholders
- Supporting long-range planning, capital improvement programs (CIPs), and strategic infrastructure initiatives
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (PA required or obtainable)
- 7–20 years of experience in water/wastewater or water resources engineering
- Proven experience managing municipal or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong background in treatment systems, conveyance infrastructure, and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to lead teams, manage clients, and deliver technically sound projects
