- Lead multimillion- to hundred-million-dollar water and wastewater capital programs
- Own full project lifecycle delivery—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships

- Advance toward Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or regional leadership roles
- Managing complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, conveyance systems, and regulatory upgrades
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, structural, and construction support
- Overseeing project financials, schedules, risk management, and quality control
- Developing scopes of work, proposals, and client deliverables for public-sector clients
- Serving as the primary client interface and trusted advisor for municipal and utility stakeholders
- Supporting long-range planning, capital improvement programs (CIPs), and resilience initiatives
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (NY or NJ required or obtainable)
- 7–20+ years of experience in water/wastewater or water resources engineering- Proven track record managing municipal or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of treatment processes, conveyance systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to lead teams, manage clients, and deliver technically sound projects
