Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager for Water/Wastewater based in Phoenix, AZ. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of water and wastewater systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising system integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Manager will also be tasked with optimizing operational efficiency and supporting ongoing process improvements across the water systems division.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of water and wastewater system design, implementation, and integration

- Strong project management, team coordination, and leadership skills

- Experience in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

- Familiarity with electrical components such as process control, programmable controllers, and switchgear

- Proficient in problem-solving, process optimization, and operational efficiency

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in water/wastewater management are a plus

- Previous experience in industrial systems integration is highly desirable
