Job Description

The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and coordinating the organization’s information technology systems. This role ensures reliable IT operations, assists employees with technical needs, and works closely with internal teams to support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (hardware, software, network, and user access issues).

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.

- Assist with system updates, software installations, and security patches.

- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and user guides.

- Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up and removing system access.

- Monitor system performance and report issues or risks to management.

- Support basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.

Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in IT support, coordination, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) networking fundamentals, and basic cybersecurity practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Salary

$44,450 - $74,090
