Work Coordinator

These are a contract roles through Magnit for Consumers Energy and we are looking to hire 8 resources. This role is fully onsite and seeking 8 resources to work in the following locations.

Saginaw, Flint, Jackson, Kalamazoo, West Kent, Bay City, Muskegon/Northern Shores and Cadillac.

Responsibilities:

Tasks may include: typing, filing, data entry, verifying quality of work, scheduling, preparing forms, reports, operating a variety of office equipment, using a personal computer to enter and retrieve information to compile various routine reports/orders as well as utilize various computer software programs.

Site check scheduling and reporting

Crew equipment alignment and tracking

Maintenance of fleet PM dates and down list

On-call and overtime assignment tracking and reporting

Work packet generation and maintenance

Scheduling training, CDL exams, boom maintenance, hotels, etc.

Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements:

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Experience tracking, maintaining and reporting on various inventories

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent organizational skills

3-5 years’ experience in specialized/functional area/discipline

Education:

Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $19.29-25.71/hr
