Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An Inside Sales Coordinator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

· Routine follow up on existing accounts through phone and e-mail (30-40 outbound calls per day)

· Gather key information about clients / products used to enter into the CRM

· Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements

· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

· Maintain and expand the customer database

· Prepare packing lists and labels for warehouse personnel

· Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery and verify packing

Skills

· Proven inside sales experience

· Track record of over-achieving quota

· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
